Wedding Package Includes:

Wedding Package
  • Two (2) whole days to devote to your preparations, decorations, deliveries, ceremony and reception. For the typical wedding and reception this is usually Friday and Saturday with tent set ups scheduled for Friday.
  • 1 1/2 days to clean up, knock down and schedule pickups and removal. Typically this is Sunday through Monday at noon.
  • Two portable restrooms
  • Electricity and running water
  • 10 X 20 hospitality tent for dressing, changing, storing, freshing up, etc. A portable sink with solar heated water, dressing table, metal armoir, floor fan, wicker furniture, oriental rugs and complimentary iced, bottled water offered in a burnished silver antique bowl, all situated in the shade of the bank barn. A lovely retreat during the warmer hours of the day.
  • Small commercial cooler for cake storage and/or other perishables: corsages, frosting for last minute touch ups, centerpieces, etc.

Following is a list of accessory items that are available for your use for ceremony and/or reception:

  • Several antique oriental rugs of varying sizes
  • Glass pitchers for beverage service or table water
  • Banquet size table for the bridal party
  • Portable wedding arch
  • Wooden church benches; several sizes
  • Several 8’ folding and occasional tables
One package, one price, no headaches

Rental for the barn, 3 acres of grounds, parking, utilities, restrooms, hospitality tent and any accessories of your choice, 3 1/2 days: $1750.00 + tax.
