Reservations

You and your party are our only guest when you stay with us at the Haven. As such, planning ahead is essential if you are to fully appreciate the experience. We suggest that you reserve your dates at least two weeks in advance so that together we might plan your stay for maximum benefit and satisfaction. Booking in at the Haven is unique in that you have the entire facility at your disposal: the house, the grounds and the gardens. You do not share it with anyone else.

• Do you have special dietary requirements?
• What are your wine preferences for your complimentary bottle?
• Will you want to use the studio?
• Do you wish to schedule an in house massage in our new yoga and massage studio?
• Do you or your group require particular accommodations for meetings or small workshops?
• Do you require an accessible bathroom?
• Will you need set-up on the grounds (seasonal) for activities or meals?
• Will you be using our traditional continental meal service or more formal, full services?

If you are planning to use the entire Manor House for your group/function, a 20% deposit is required for a reservation confirmation. If there is a need to cancel your reservation your deposit will be happily refunded under the following circumstances:

• If the cancellation is made 6 months prior to Bucknell graduations and weddings.
• If the cancellation is made 2 months prior to scheduled retreats and workshops.

Deposits become non refundable after contractual cut off dates.

Haven Policies:

• Check Out is normally 11 AM, but other arrangements are happily made.
• Check In is 4 PM – 10 PM.
• Minimum two-night stay on holidays, Bucknell Parents, Alumni and Homecoming weekends, retreats and during the Arts Festival in Lewisburg.
• Exclusivity Policy is waived on Bucknell Parents and Alumni weekends. You may be sharing the facility with other Bucknell guests
• Two person limit to a room.
• Cancellations on rooms will be accepted up to 10 days prior to a planned stay, 60 days for Event weekends. After that there will be a $75.00 service fee for costs incurred relative to your visit.
• Unplanned stays can occasionally be accepted, subject to availability.
• Gift certificates are available.
• Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages as required or needed.
• A third floor microwave and refrigerator are available for guest use.
